In eZee Absolute if you cancel any booking there are 2 ways to send a cancellation email, one is automated which sends an email after cancellation is done, and another is Manually which you need to send manually from that booking.
How to Access: In order to send a booking cancellation email please follow the below steps.
To enable Automated cancellation email: Goto Configuration >> Setting >> General >> Print and Email setting >> Email Option >> enable Email for Reservation Cancelled and select template Email to Guest/Booker on a Reservation Cancellation
To send manually from the booking: Please refer to the steps shown in the video
Screenshot: PMS front >> Reservations>> Search >> Check mark arrival and select arrival date >> Cancelled >> Search >> Click on the reservation >> edit reservation >> Booking details >> Send email >> select cancellation template >> Send.
