How to send a booking Cancellation email in eZee Absolute?

  • Automated Email:

    • Go to Configuration > Settings > General > Print & Email Settings > Email Option.
    • Enable Email for Reservation Cancelled and select a template for the guest/booker.
       
  • Manual Email:

    • Go to PMS Front > Reservations > Search > Cancelled.
    • Select the booking, click Edit Reservation > Booking Details > Send Email.
    • Choose the cancellation template and send.
