How to send email with reservation voucher, upon successful booking/reservation?

To automatically send an email with the reservation voucher when a booking is successfully made, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your eZee Absolute Configuration Panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > General > Check In/Reservation Settings.



  3. Click on the More Settings tab.

  4. Under the Other Settings section:

    • Tick the checkbox for “Email Reservation Voucher”.

    • (Optional) Tick “Send Reservation Voucher as PDF” if you wish to send it in PDF format.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.


Once enabled, guests will automatically receive the reservation voucher via email after a successful reservation.
