Why do I get a message of room in use / Locked by some user when I try to edit transaction open transaction ( Net Lock ) in eZee Mobile App?

This message appears when another user is accessing the same room or folio. To resolve:

  1. Check User Activity: Go to Front Office > User Log to see who is accessing the room.
  2. Logout User: If required, an admin can log out the user from Settings > User Management.
  3. Clear Lock: If the issue persists, refresh the system or log out and log back in.
