This message appears when another user is accessing the same room or folio. To resolve:
- Check User Activity: Go to Front Office > User Log to see who is accessing the room.
- Logout User: If required, an admin can log out the user from Settings > User Management.
- Clear Lock: If the issue persists, refresh the system or log out and log back in.
