Overview
If you are unable to access a reservation due to a lock message, it may be because another user or system process is using the transaction. eZee Absolute prevents multiple users from editing the same reservation simultaneously to avoid duplicate operations. However, you can manually unlock the reservation if needed.
Steps to Unlock a Reservation
- Log in to eZee Absolute.
- Go to the main menu (≡) in the top-left corner.
- Click on "Net Lock."
- Locate the locked reservation or transaction.
- Select the reservation and choose the option to unlock it.
Why Does a Reservation Get Locked?
- Another user is editing the same reservation.
- A system process is temporarily using the reservation.
- The reservation was left open in another session.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Wait a few moments and try again.
- Ensure no one else is working on the same reservation.
- Manually unlock it using the "Net Lock" option.
