Method not found Void Level3lock.clsLevel3Lock.set_Customercode. - Keycard.

If we see the above message while generating a key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if the SDK of Level3/4 is available in eZee integration folder or not.


  1. It can be possible that SDK file of the Door lock software has been removed from the eZee folder. There can be many reasons as most of the SDK files Antivirus are considering it as a threat and that might be removed.

  1. We can ask hoteliers for the Level 3/4 SDK, So once we received SDK from the hoteliers we can place it in the eZee Folder where integration files were kept.

  2. We can run the Host file again as an administrator and check if it's generating or not. This will resolve the above concern and hoteliers should be able to generate cards from eZee Absolute Software.
