Socket Exception no connection could be made to the target machine. - Keycard.

If we see the above message while generating the key, we need to do some troubleshooting with the SDK.

  1. It can be possible that the Server IP and Port of the Encoder are changed.

  1. We need to stop the eZee Service, click on settings enter password 123, and click on port setting to see the IP and port number of the Encoder.

  1. Open the SDK from eZee folder, and check the Server IP can connect or not, if it gives any error means it has been changed.

  1. We can ask the client to check the same with the Vendor of the Door lock System and get the correct IP and Port number of the Encoder.


Above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with Socket Exception with no connection made.
