Mandatory Guest information page for Dine In order?

Step (1): To modify the Order Information window while taking orders, first switch to the Back Office.

Step (2):

1. After switching to the Back Office, go to Master Settings.

2. Click on Outlet.

3. Click Edit for the required outlet.

4. Go to the Order Type Settings tab.

5. Select Dine-In.

6. Scroll down to the Order Information section. You will find two options for each field:
   
   

   Show – Displays the field in the order window.

   Mandatory – Makes the field compulsory while taking an order.
   
   

7. Click Edit to save the changes.
   
   

That is how you can modify the Order Information window and make the required fields mandatory while taking orders.

In the same way, you can modify the Order Information window for Take Away, Room Service, Delivery, and No Charge order types.
