1)  What data can we migrate from eZee Front Desk to eZee Absolute?

  1. Room Number.

  2. Room Categories.

  3. Rate Types.

  4. Extra Charges.

  5. City Ledger Accounts.

  6. Business Source(Travel Agents)

  7. Guest Database.

  8. Future Reservations.

  9. User Data.

  10. Currency Information & Exchange Rates.


2)  What data can we migrate from eZee Burrp to eZee Optimus?

  1. Outlet Information.

  2. Store information.

  3. Menu Items along with modifiers.

  4. Menu Item Rates.

  5. Store items(Raw Materials).

  6. Menu Item BOM(Recipe).

  7. Extra Charges.

  8. Discounts.

  9. User Data.

  10. Table Information.

  11. Happy Hour Rates.

  12. Sessions.

  13. Currency Information & Exchange Rates.


3)  Will the past date transactions/sales be migrated to eZee Front Desk and eZee Burrp?

  • Any sales/purchases, past dates transactions/bookings can not be migrated to eZee Absolute and eZee Optimus.
  • Only the data mentioned in point number 1 & 2 can be migrated.
  • Future Bookings can be imported in eZee Absolute.


4)  How will the data be migrated from eZee Frontdesk and eZee Burrp to eZee Absolute and eZee Optimus?

  • Account manager would need the database backup of eZee Frontdesk and eZee Burrp for the data mentioned in point number 1 & 2.


5)  How to take the database backup of eZee Frontdesk and eZee Burrp?


6)  Upload the database backup on google drive and share the google drive link in the DGS and share with the account manager.
