How Can I Change the Room/Web Description?

Introduction

The Room/Web Description provides important details about your room categories and rate plans. This description is displayed to guests on the Booking Engine when they view room information before making a reservation. Updating this ensures guests see accurate and appealing details about your property.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Old Extranet.

2. Navigate to Master > Manage Rooms > Rate Plan.

3. Select Add or Edit Rate Plan.

4. In the Web Description field, add or update the description you want to display for the guest.
