This FAQ explains the step-by-step process to create Rate Plans PMS (Property Management System):
Step 1:
1. Click on the User dropdown located at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Configuration.

Step 2:
3. Click on Property Setup.
4. Click on Rate Plan.
5. Click on the “+” (Add) icon to create a new Rate Plan.

Step 3:
6. Add the Rate Plan name.
7. Select whether the Rate Plan is a Derived Rate Plan or not.
8. Switch ON the Room Type(s) for which the Rate Plan should be active.
9. Enter the Rack Rate, Extra Adult Rate, and Extra Child Rate.

How do I create a Derived Rate Plan?
Step 4:
10. Select Yes for the Derived Rate Plan option. Choose the Base Rate Plan from which it will be derived.
11. Switch ON the Room Type(s) for which the Rate Plan should be active.
12. Select the adjustment type (Add or Multiply). Enter the value by which the rate should be added to or multiplied from the base Rate Plan.

Step 5:
13. Add the applicable Policies (e.g., cancellation policy). Add the Inclusions for the Rate Plan.
14. Select whether the Rate Plan is Non-Refundable, if applicable.
15. Review the Rate Plan information. Click on Save to successfully create the Rate Plan.
