To Void any booking from Absolute, you can refer to Void Transaction, After clicking on Void Transaction, you can select a reason, if there is no reason preloaded, you can click on + to add a new reason.
Void a Booking from Stay View:
- Log in to eZee Absolute PMS and go to the Stay View section.
- Find and click on the booking you want to void.
- Once the booking details open, click on the More Option button.
- A dropdown menu will appear—clik on Void Reservation.
- Enter the reason for voiding when prompted.
- Click Save to confirm and complete the void process.
Void a Booking from the Reservation Section:
- Navigate to the Reservations section after logging in.
- Locate and click on the reservation you want to void.
- Click on the More Options button, which will display a dropdown menu.
- Select Void Reservation from the list.
- Enter the reason for voiding and click Save to confirm.
Prerequisites:
Before voiding any booking, ensure your account has the necessary permissions:
- Go to eZee Absolute Configuration → User → Edit User.
- Under Privileges, enable Void Reservation.
- For OTA bookings, also enable Void OTA Booking Restricted.
Important Notes:
- All voided bookings are recorded in the Void Reservation Report for tracking.
- Only users with the appropriate privileges can perform the void action.
