From Absolute we can create different tasks for housekeepers, Once we create the task on any reservation, the Assigned Room Housekeeper will get a notification on his mobile application.

Steps to Create a Housekeeping Task
- Open the Reservation
- Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List/Stay View > Select the booking Click on edit reservation.
- Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List/Stay View > Select the booking Click on edit reservation.
- Assign Housekeeping Task
- Go to booking details and click on Task
- Click on the Add Task option and selet the task for House Keeping
- Enter the task details (e.g., extra bed setup, room sanitization).
- Assign it to the housekeeper and set a due time.
- Notification to Housekeeper
- The housekeeper will receive a mobile notification about the task.
- The housekeeper will receive a mobile notification about the task.
Task Completion and Updates
- The housekeeper can update task status (e.g., completed, in progress).
- The front desk can track housekeeping tasks in real time.
This feature helps hotels manage housekeeping efficiently, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed on time.
