To manually enter a guest's credit card details into a folio in eZee Absolute, follow the steps below:
1) For “Existing Reservation/Booking only”
Prerequisites:
- User Privileges:
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions:
- Navigate to eZee Absolute Configuration.
- Go to User > Edit User > Privileges > Special Privileges.
- Enable both Credit Card and Access to Credit Card Center options.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions:
Location > For “Existing Reservation/Booking”:
Access the Reservation:
- Log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
- Navigate to the Stay View.
- Click on the specific guest reservation to select it.
Edit Transaction:
- Click on Edit Transaction for the selected reservation.
- Click on Edit Transaction for the selected reservation.
Add Credit Card Information:
- In the transaction window, click on the Credit Card tab.
- Click on Add Card.
- Enter the guest's credit card details in the provided fields.
- Click Save to store the information.
By completing these steps, the guest's credit card details will be securely added to their folio in eZee Absolute.
