How to reset the password at your end in eZee Absolute?

The user can change the password at his/her end through the forget password option.


How to Access: In order to reset the password, please follow the below steps and video.




Please note: If the user's email ID is added, the link to reset the password will be sent to the user's email. If the user's email ID is not added, the link to reset the password will be sent to the main (registered) email ID of the property.


Please refer to the below screenshots on how to add the email ID for a particular user. 


Location: Configuration >>> User >>> Edit User.




How to access: In order to reset the password refer to the below steps.


Open the link https://live.ipms247.com/login/  in the new tab


Screenshot 1. Click on the 'Forget password' option.



Screenshot 2. Enter the username and property code for which you want to reset the password. 



Screenshot 3. Add the same email ID that is recognized by the system while resetting the password and click on the send password reset link. The link to reset the password will be sent to that email ID. 



Screenshot 4. Open your email account and click on the reset password link. So, the user will get redirected to the page for resetting the password.


Screenshot 5. The user needs to add a new password, confirm the same password, and click on the reset password. The password will get reset and the user can log in to the system with the new password.
