We can reset a password for a user from the system-generated Admin user or from the user who has the right to change the password.
To update your password in eZee Reservation or eZee Centrix, follow these steps:
Log in as an Admin or Authorized User:
- Ensure you are logged in with an account that has administrative privileges or the right to change passwords.
1: Access User Management: Click on your username, located at the top-right corner of the window.
2: From the dropdown menu, select 'User'.
3: Select the User Account:
- In the user list, click on the account for which you want to reset the password.
- Click on 'Change Password.'
4: Enter the new password, ensuring it meets the system's password requirements.
- To view the password as you type, enable the 'Show Password' option.
5: Save the New Password: Click 'Save' to apply the new password.
