How to give Complimentary room in eZee Absolute?

The Complimentary Guest Room(s) is for free overnight lodging at a Participating Hotel during the stay.

To assign a complimentary room in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:

1. Enable User Privileges:

   • Navigate to eZee Absolute Configuration > User > Edit User > Privileges > Front Office.
   • Enable "Allow selling Room as Complimentary" and "Allow Rate Beyond Threshold". 

2. Create a Complimentary Reservation:

   • In eZee Absolute PMS, go to Add Reservation.
   • Enter guest and booking details.
   • Select the "Sell as Complimentary" option.
   • Save the reservation.
     
     
     

3. Verify Complimentary Status:

   • Open the reservation to confirm that the room charges are set to zero.
     

Reporting:

• To view complimentary room sales, access the Manager Report in the reporting section.

• Locate the Reservation:

  • Open eZee Absolute PMS.
  • Search for the reservation you want to modify.
  • Click on Edit Reservation.

• Update Room Charges:

  • Go to the Room Charges tab.
  • Click on Update Details.

• Apply Complimentary Stay:

  • Checkmark the Complimentary Room option.
  • Select Apply on Whole Stay (if the entire reservation is complimentary).
  • Click Apply to save the changes.
