To add or edit a travel agent in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:
Accessing the Travel Agent Database:
- Navigate to the eZee Absolute Front.
- Click on the three lines (≡) to open the menu.
- Select Cashiering > Travel Agent Database.
Adding or Editing a Travel Agent:
- To add a new agent, click Add.
- To modify an existing agent, select the agent and click Edit.
Configuring Inventory and Rate Modes:
- Inventory Mode:
- Regular: Inventory managed from PMS.
- Allocated: Inventory managed from the Channel Manager.
- Rate Mode:
- Regular: Rates same as PMS.
- Allocated: Rates same as the Channel Manager.
- Special: Rates managed separately in PMS Configuration.
- Nonlinear: Rates managed as nonlinear.
- Inventory Mode:
User Privileges Required:
- Ensure the user has the following privileges:
- Navigate to eZee Configuration > User > Edit User > Privileges.
- Under Front Office, enable Add Travel Agent and Edit Travel Agent.
