How to add & map(assign) city ledger payment against the folio in eZee Absolute?

To map city ledger payments to guest folios in eZee Absolute:

1. Access Cashiering:

   • Navigate to Cashiering in eZee Absolute.
     

2. Add Payment:

   • Click on Add Payment.
   • Select City Ledger as the payment method.
   • Enter the payment details and save.
     

3. Map Payment to Folio:

   • In the Cashiering section, locate the payment.
   • Click on the payment record and select Map Payment.
   • Choose the folio to assign the payment and confirm.
     

      

User Privileges Required:

• Ensure the following privileges are enabled:
  • Access to City Ledger Payment Feature
