How to raise a support ticket for eZee Optimus (POS) from the Support Center?

The Support Center is your ultimate problem-solving companion! It’s designed to empower you with:

Steps to Raise a Ticket:
Go to the Support Center
Click on the Help Center icon located at the bottom right of your screen in eZee Optimus.Select “Help Your Self”
This will redirect you to our support portal.Log in with your credentials if prompted.
Click on “Submit Ticket”
You will find this option on the top right side of the Support Center.Fill in the required details
Subject – Briefly mention your issue (e.g., “Receipt not printing”)
Description – Clearly explain your concern. You can also attach screenshots or videos.
Department – Choose the relevant department, if applicable.
Priority – Choose the urgency level based on the impact.
Submit the ticket
Click on the Submit button to register your request.Receive confirmation
You will get a confirmation email with your ticket ID. Our support team will contact you soon.

Include a detailed description for faster assistance.
Attach screenshots or recordings to help us better understand the issue.
You can track your request anytime through the Support Center dashboard.
