 What Is the Audit Trails Report?

The Audit Trails Report provides a detailed, time-stamped log of all major actions performed on a reservation. Whether it's a room move, payment update, or folio adjustment, this report helps you answer the "Who? What? When?" of every change made—ensuring transparency, accountability, and traceability.


 Report Filters – Narrow Down the Data You Need

Filter Description
From - To (Date Range)Select the time frame to view logs for that specific period.
UserFilter by the staff/admin user who performed the action.
OperationChoose the specific type of action to review. (See full list below ?)

 Explanation of Each Tag/Field in the Report

 FieldExplanation
Hotel NameName of the property generating the report.
Date From / ToThe date range selected for audit logs.
Res. NoUnique reservation number assigned to a booking.
Folio NoInternal folio/account number tracking guest charges.
GuestName of the guest linked to the reservation.
UserThe staff/admin who performed the action.
DateDate of the action.
TimeExact time the change was made.
OperationType of action performed (e.g., Update Room Charge).
ParticularSpecific details of the change made (amount, tax, plan, etc.).

 Operation Types Explained :-


General Updates

OperationDescription

Update AmountFolio billing amount was edited.

Payments & Charges
