Introduction

A Business Source represents the origin of a reservation — for example, a Travel Agent, Corporate Company, OTA (Online Travel Agency), or Direct Booking. Correctly assigning the business source helps track where bookings are coming from and ensures accurate reporting, analysis, and commission management.

Step-by-Step Instructions

To Select a Business Source While Creating a Reservation:

  1. Click on Add Reservation.

  2. From the Business Source dropdown, select the appropriate source (e.g., OTA, Company, Travel Agent, or Walk-In).

  3. Continue filling out the reservation details and save.

To Edit or Update a Business Source After a Reservation Is Made:

  1. Access the Reservation.

  2. Click on Edit.

  3. Go to Booking Details.

  4. From the Business Source selection dropdown, choose or update the correct source.

  5. Click Save.
