A: The Channel Message feature allows us to communicate directly with guests, similar to how messages are handled on the Booking.com and Airbnb extranets.
Q: Which OTAs support messages via the Channel Manager?
A: Currently, only Airbnb and Booking.com support guest messaging through the Channel Manager.
Select the OTAs.
In the second step on the left, you can search by guest name or message option.
