Modified on Fri, 7 Nov at 1:07 PM

Overview

In eZee Optimus, you can configure how amounts are rounded off in transactions. The Round Off feature ensures that your invoices, bills, and receipts display values neatly without minor decimal differences.

Follow the steps below to set up and manage your round-off preferences.

Step 1: Go to Settings

  1. Log in to your eZee Optimus back-office panel.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click on the Settings (Gear Icon).

Step 2: Open Display Setting

  1. Under the Settings section, click on Display Setting.

  2. The Display Setting window will open, showing multiple configuration options such as Regional Settings, Tax Settings, and more.

Step 3: Configure Regional Settings

Under Regional Settings, locate the Round Off Type option.
From the dropdown, select your preferred round-off value.

Available Options:

  • Round Off ±0.005: The system will round off the total amount up to the nearest 0.005.

  • Round Off ±0.01 / ±0.1 (if available): Rounds the value to the nearest 0.01 or 0.1 based on your choice.

This ensures that all transaction totals are consistent and clean.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

Once all configurations are done:

  1. Scroll down and click the Save button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  2. You will see a confirmation message once the settings are successfully updated.

Example:

If your total is ₹128.337,

  • With Round Off ±0.005, the amount will display as ₹128.335 or ₹128.340 depending on the decimal value.

Note:

  • Ensure you click Save after any modification; otherwise, changes will not reflect in the system.

  • Round-off affects how the final payable amount is calculated and displayed in reports and invoices.
