Why do I get a message of room in use / Locked by some user when I try to edit transaction open transaction ( Net Lock ) in PMS?

This message appears when another user is accessing the same room or folio. To resolve:

    Navigate to the hamburg menu on Top left Corner (≡) 

  1. Click on the Net Locks button.
  2. Tick the check box.
  3. Click on the Unlock button.
