Yes! eZee Absolute does have a feature to manage the Guest Database.
Guest Database: eZee Absolute stores all guest information in its Guest database. We can add guest information to the database manually or automatically when we receive an online booking and create a manual reservation in the system. The system saves all guest information in the Guest database.
From the Guest database, we can access guest records, and if we export the database, we can view all guest information in an Excel sheet.
How to access: In order to access a guest database refer to the below video or the steps.
Location: Login to eZee absolute >> Click on Front Office tab >> Select Guest Database.
