If we see the above message while generating a key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if the SDK Lock vendor file is in the eZee folder or not.

  1. SDK file of the Door lock software has been removed from the eZee folder. There can be many reasons as most of the SDK files Antivirus are considering it as a threat and that might be removed.
  1. We can ask hoteliers for the Hune RF20 SDK, So once we receive SDK from hoteliers we can place it in the eZee Folder where integration files were kept.
  1. We can run the Host file again as an administrator and check if it’s generating or not. This will resolve the above concern and hoteliers should be able to generate cards from eZee Absolute Software.
