If we see the above message while generating the key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if the Guest name is not added with any Special character such as “&”.
- To solve the above concern we need to check if the guest’s name is not set with any special character, such as “&” which can cause receiving the above message and a card will not be generated.
- Simply we can ask the client not to use any special characters in the name if they want to generate a card for them. For more information, we can refer to ticket id- ABS-8030.
Above Troubleshooting will resolve the concern with an invalid request format while generating the card from Absolute.
