How to check-in existing reservation in eZee Absolute?

Once the guest arrives at the hotel, In eZee Absolute, you can check in a guest for an existing reservation as long as the arrival date matches the current system date. This means the Night Audit must be up to date to process the check-in.



How to Access: In order to check-in a room, please follow the below steps and video.




    

1. Check-In from the Stay View:

  • Access Stay View: Login to eZee Absolute and navigate to the Stay View .
  • Select Reservation: Locate and tap on the reservation you wish to check in.
  • Initiate Check-In: Click on More Options and Tap the Check-In button to proceed.


2. Check-In via Quick Search:

  • Open Quick Search: Tap the Search icon in the on the top .
  • Find Reservation: Enter the guest's details in the search box and select the correct reservation.



  • Proceed to Check-In: Tap the More Options and select Check-In.



3. Through Edit Transaction:

  • In the Stay View, click on Edit Transaction for the specific reservation.
  • Locate and click the Check-In button at the top right corner.


4. From the Arrival List:

  • Go to Reservations.
  • Select Arrivals.
  • Find the booking you wish to check in.
  • Click on three dots and click on Check-In button.


Report: Select Guest Checked In from the Report tab under Front Office Report.
