How to add the payment for group booking from Group Reservation in eZee Absolute (Adjust the receipt amount equally on all the rooms in the group? )

To add a payment to a group reservation in eZee Absolute:

  1. Access Group Reservation:

    • Navigate to Stay View.
    • Select the desired group reservation.
    • Click Edit Reservation.

       
  2. Add Payment:

    • Go to the Folio Operations tab.
    • Click Add Payment.
    • Check the Group Payment option.
    • Enter payment details.
    • Click Add.

       
  3. Distribute Payment:

    • Choose a distribution method:
      • By Balance: Allocate based on each room's balance.
      • Proportional: Distribute equally among all rooms.
      • Manual: Manually assign amounts to each room.
