In PMS System – How do I update/change user login password?

To update or change a user's login password in PMS System, follow these steps:

Log in with Administrator Rights:

  • Ensure you are logged in as a user with administrative privileges.

Navigate to User Management:

  • Access Configuration Panel:
    1. Click on the User Icon.

    2. Click on Go To Configuration.

    3. Click on User Management.

    4. Select the required User.

    5. Click on the three-dot menu (More Options).

    6. Click on Change Password.

    7. Click on the three-dot menu (More Options).
    8. Click on Change Password.



User Privileges Required:

  • Ensure the following permission is enabled:
    • Access Configuration Panel:
      1. Click on the User Icon.

      2. Click on Go To Configuration.

      3. Click on User Management.

      4. Select the required User.

      5. Click on the three-dot menu (More Options).

      6. Click on Edit User.


Under User Role:

  1. Click on the ≡ (three lines) menu.

  2. Under Front Office Privileges, enable the Access to Insert Transaction privilege.

  3. Save the changes by clicking on Update.
