If we see the above message while genearting key from the eZee absolute software we need to check if the SDK of Level3/4 is available in eZee integration folder or not.
It can be possible that SDK file of Door lock software has been removed from the eZee folder. There can be many reason as most of the SDK files Antivirus are considering it as a threat and that might be removed.
We can ask hoteliers for the Level3/4 SDK, So once we received SDK from the hoteliers we can place it in the eZee Folder where integration files were kept.
If it doesn't resolve the same we can replace the three files given in the folder Level 3 Replace Files
We can run the Host file again as an administrator and check if its generating or not. This will resolve the above concern and hoteliers should be able to generate card from eZee Absolute Software.
Once we add the SDK files in eZee folder and again Restart the eZee Service as an administrator, we should be able to generate the card from the Absolute software.
