Yes, It is possible to change the guest name for single bookings.


How to Access: In order to change the guest profile in a single booking please follow the below steps and video.



Steps to Change the Guest Profile

  1. Go to the Reservation

    • Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List. or Stay View.
    • Search for and select the booking that needs modification.
    • Click on the Edit Reservation option.




  2. Edit Guest Profile

    • Click on the Edit Reservation option.
    • In the Guest Details section, click on the guest name.
    • Either select an existing guest profile by seaching past guest or create a new one.



  3. Save the Changes

    • Add guest details and verify the changes.
    • Click Save to apply the updated guest details to the booking.
