Yes, It is possible to change the guest name for single bookings.
How to Access: In order to change the guest profile in a single booking please follow the below steps and video.
Steps to Change the Guest Profile
Go to the Reservation
- Navigate to Front Office > Reservation List. or Stay View.
- Search for and select the booking that needs modification.
- Click on the Edit Reservation option.
Edit Guest Profile
- Click on the Edit Reservation option.
- In the Guest Details section, click on the guest name.
- Either select an existing guest profile by seaching past guest or create a new one.
Save the Changes
- Add guest details and verify the changes.
- Click Save to apply the updated guest details to the booking.
