If we see the above message while running the Hello link for Door Lock software to check if license is expired or not.

It may be possible that eZee Service license is expired.

So we need to open the link below, copy it, and paste it in client machine.the

Go to the downloaded folder, copy both files, paste it in the eZee folder, and replace the same. Make sure to close the eZee Service file before doing the same. (if running in Task bar)

Once it is replaced we can rerun the eZee Host file as an admin and check the same again with the test URL

If we get the result below, it is successfully updated with the latest version of License for the eZee host files.

Once we get the above message, we can inform client to generate the card and check. They wont be facing the concern again with license-related until it gets expired.
